Shapoorji threatens to sue Goldman over Bangalore Four Seasons project.

Construction major ShapoorjiPallonji & Co Ltd. (SPCL) has threatened to take legal action against Goldman Sachs and Century Real Estate Holdings, both of who are jointly developing India's second Four Seasons hotel in Bangalore.

Shapoorji issued a public notice saying that City View Bangalore Properties, in which Wall Street bellwether Goldman Sachs has a 73% stake, has 'abandoned the project site and disconnected electricity supply at the site.'

Land owner Dayanand Pai's Century Real Estate Holdings has a 26% stake in the project, which is under construction and located near Mekhri Circle in north Bangalore.
