Acme group to expand.

Acme Group, the Mumbai-based company, has drawn up ambitious plans to develop up to 10 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial real estate in Mumbai and Gujarat over the next 5-7 years. It has signed up with Godrej as a sustainability partner and plans to attain leadership position in affordable housing, slum redevelopment projects and Greenfield projects in future. 'We have eight ongoing projects today covering about 4.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area,' Pravin Doshi, Chairman, Acme Housing, told at a press conference. In Mumbai, its ongoing projects are in western suburbs and central suburbs. — Special Correspondent.
