Acme offers luxury project at Andheri East in Mumbai.

Acme Group has launched a new luxury project called Acme Boulevard at Andheri East in Mumbai.

Acme Group announced its first launch under the new brand entity. Pravin Doshi, Acme Hou­sing India, said, 'We have lau­nched Acme Boulevard, the first project under the new brand identity. This building will be a green building and will be LEED certified. The aspects relating to it have been executed in consultation with the Godrej group.'

Acme Boulevard is a six-tower high-rise facility located in An­dheri (East), off Jogeshwari Vikroli Link Road, designed by Woods Bagot, Australia, the company cla­imed.

The complex is located near Sher-e-Punjab and offers 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK luxury residences that reflect a global lifestyle. It is priced at Rs. 15,500 per sq ft. This project is near the domestic and international airports, major business districts such as SEEPZ, MIDC, Chakala, Powai and the Joge­shwari Vikhroli Link Road and the Western Express Hig­hway, the company said in a statement.The company is offering an invitation price for the early bird buyers with a saving of upto Rs. 15.5 lacs for a limited period, the company said.
