ACME Solar Secures 450 MW FDRE PPAs from SJVN.

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (BSE: 544283, NSE: ACMESOLAR) recently announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, has executed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Limited for a total capacity of 450 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project.

The agreements comprise 300 MW and 150 MW capacities, both secured at a tariff of Rs. 6.74 per unit.

As per the terms of the agreements, the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) is set for March 1, 2028. The project will have a tenure of 25 years from the SCSD, ensuring long-term revenue visibility for the company.

SJVN Limited is the domestic counterparty for the agreements. The project forms part of ACME Solar’s strategy to strengthen its portfolio of firm and dispatchable renewable energy assets in India.
