ACME Solar Wins NHPC Bids for 275 MW Battery Storage Projects in Andhra Pradesh.

ACME Solar Holdings has emerged victorious in NHPC Limited's recent tender, securing bids for a cumulative 275 MW / 550 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Andhra Pradesh. The company will develop two distinct projects at Kuppam and Ghani.

For the Kuppam project, ACME Solar's winning bid was at a tariff of ₹2,10,000 per MW per month for a capacity of 50 MW / 100 MWh.

The second successful bid was for the Ghani project, where the company quoted a tariff of ₹2,22,000 per MW per month for a larger capacity of 225 MW / 450 MWh. This significant win underscores ACME Solar's growing presence in India's burgeoning energy storage sector.
