Aditya Ultra Steel to Establish 5 MW Solar Plant, Reports ₹5.87 Crore Profit for April-September.

Aditya Ultra Steel Ltd, a manufacturer of rolled steel products, has posted a net profit of ₹5.87 crore for the April-September period of FY 2024-25. The company also announced plans to establish a ₹15-crore, 5 MW solar power plant in Jasdan, Rajkot, to support its energy needs and sustainability goals.

In a statement recently, the company revealed that its revenue from operations reached ₹312.39 crore during the first half of the fiscal year, with an operating profit of ₹10.50 crore. Aditya Ultra Steel, which markets its products under the Kamdhenu brand, listed on the NSE SME platform in September after raising ₹46 crore through its IPO.

The company reported revenue of ₹587.80 crore and a net profit of ₹7.69 crore in FY24. Managing Director Sunny Sunil Singhi stated that the solar plant would enhance the company's sustainability efforts and align with its broader expansion goals.

The company plans to ramp up production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and adopt sustainable practices as part of its growth strategy, Singhi added.
