Aernnova Taps Mahindra for $300M Multi-Year Manufacturing Deal.

Mahindra Aerostructures announced recently a significant multi-year contract with Aernnova Aerospace, valued at approximately $300 million. This agreement marks a substantial expansion of the long-standing partnership between the two aerospace giants, which began over a decade ago.

Under the terms of the new contract, Mahindra Aerostructures will be responsible for manufacturing crucial metal sub-assemblies and components for both Airbus and Embraer aircraft. This includes parts for the Embraer C390 Millennium military transport aircraft, a testament to Mahindra's growing capabilities in the defense aerospace sector.

Components produced by the Indian manufacturer will be supplied to Aernnova facilities spanning multiple countries, including Spain, the UK, Portugal, and Brazil. This broad geographical reach highlights the global nature of the collaboration and Mahindra's integral role in Aernnova's supply chain.

This latest agreement deepens a relationship that originated in 2013. The partnership gained further momentum following Aernnova's acquisition of Hamble Aerostructures from GE in 2020. Hamble had been a pre-existing customer of Mahindra's Indian operations, effectively integrating Mahindra more closely into Aernnova's ecosystem.

The $300 million contract underscores the continued growth and strategic importance of Mahindra Aerostructures in the global aerospace
