AGI Infra Ltd has launched a new commercial project, ‘Urbana Square’, in Village Pholriwal, Jalandhar, Punjab, the company announced on Saturday, January 3, 2026.
The project is registered with the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (PBRERA) under registration number PBRERA-JAL33-PC0397, dated December 24, 2025.
Urbana Square will feature 142 commercial shop units and 218 office spaces, offering a modern commercial hub in the city. Bookings for the project have commenced from the launch date.
The development aims to cater to Jalandhar’s growing demand for commercial spaces, combining retail and office facilities in a single integrated project.
