Amaravati Major Construction Works to Be Completed by 2028, Says N. Chandrababu Naidu.
N. Chandrababu Naidu has asserted that the development of Amaravati, the greenfield capital of Andhra Pradesh, is unstoppable, with major construction works slated for completion by 2028.
Addressing a press conference in Amaravati recently, the Chief Minister said Narendra Modi, who had earlier laid the foundation stone for the capital and revisited after the NDA government resumed construction in 2024, is expected to inaugurate key projects in the city in 2029.
Naidu подчеркed that Amaravati has gained irreversible momentum following Parliament’s passage of a Bill granting legal status to the capital. He described the development as a major victory for the five crore people of Andhra Pradesh and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to building a world-class “people’s capital.”
