Andhra Gov plans more tourist spots

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh will have more destinations for tourists in a couple of years with the state executing 14 Central-assisted tourism projects at a cost of over Rs 150 crore.

According to director of the Department of Tourism, Sabyasachi Ghosh, the state government is also a giving a boost to tourism by undertaking projects worth Rs 4.5 crore. The state views the tourism sector as a provider of employment and as a contributor to economic growth and development of tourist regions.
