Andhra Pradesh SIPB approves projects worth ₹30,515 crore in fresh push for investments.
The Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) has approved new investment proposals from 50 companies with a combined outlay of ₹30,515 crore, expected to generate 29,677 jobs across multiple industries.
The approvals were cleared at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati recently.
According to the state government, the new investments are spread across sectors and are part of efforts to accelerate industrial growth and employment generation in Andhra Pradesh.
Naidu said the benefits of development should be reflected in employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and broader economic participation across all sections of society.
He also called for stronger institutional support for start-ups and better utilisation of the state’s innovation ecosystem through the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub. He directed officials to facilitate access to venture capital for start-ups and strengthen the overall entrepreneurial environment in the state.
