Arihant Foundations & Housing Secures ₹109-Crore Investment.

Chennai-based real estate developer Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has secured an investment of ₹109 crore through preferential equity allotment. The funding comes from prominent investors, including the Lotus Family Trust, managed by Madhusudan Kela, and CaratLane founders Mithun and Siddhartha Sacheti.

The company plans to utilize the investment to fuel its growth and expand its project development initiatives across South India. The funds will support the development of residential, commercial, and senior housing projects, enabling Arihant Foundations to strengthen its presence in the region.

With over 20 years of experience, Arihant Foundations has developed more than 20 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial properties. The company currently has an additional 2.5 million sq. ft. under development, with a gross development value of over ₹3,000 crore.
