Arihant Superstructures Ltd. updates on new projects.

Arihant Superstructures Limited (ASL) has undertaken a new project on Development Management Model of 264 Flats, at Village Koynavelhe, Panvel. The project will start construction and sale activities from 22nd September, 2018, The plans are approved by the land Owners, ASL will manage sale, construction and accounts activities for the said project. The estimated period of the project will span life of approx. 3 years. The project has been scrutinized by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 14th September, 2018, and the business development committee confirmed the financials and negotiations being a related party transaction.

Further it was also decided that ASL shall not be responsible for any regulatory (under RERA and contracts acts) and financial liabilities reducing the risk of contingent liability, which shall be liability of land Owner.

Further, Arihant Vatika Realty Private Limited, Subsidiary Company has received approval and permission for project names as "Arihant Amber" at Ghot, Panvel,which is scheduled to commence shortly.
