Arkade Developers Signs ₹148 Crore MoU for Bhandup Land Acquisition.

Arkade Developers, a Mumbai-based real estate firm, announced recently it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire a 100% stake in Woollen and Textile Industries Ltd. The deal, valued at ₹148 crore, includes a 14,363.60 square meter land parcel in Bhandup West.

This marks the company's second acquisition in the area, solidifying its expansion strategy in Mumbai's central corridor.

According to Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers, the acquisition aligns with the company's vision "of creating value-driven developments at strategic locations." The company plans to leverage its focus on timely delivery and quality construction to unlock the full potential of the land.
