Arvind SmartSpaces Seals ₹600 Crore Real Estate Deal in Ahmedabad.

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), the real estate arm of textile giant Arvind Ltd, has signed a ₹600 crore residential plotted development project on Sanand-Nalsarovar Road near Ahmedabad. The 150-acre project has been acquired on an outright basis, marking a significant expansion for the company in Gujarat’s real estate market.

With this latest addition, ASL's year-to-date project acquisition value has reached ₹4,450 crore, making it the company’s biggest-ever year in business development.

The project is strategically located 15 km from Sanand, a major industrial hub, and 30 km from Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary, offering a blend of urban convenience and natural surroundings.
