Ashoka Buildcon recently announced a Rs. 150-crore investment commitment into its city gas distribution business Unison Enviro Private Ltd. by Morgan Stanley India Infrastructure. UEPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon. The subsidiary, which builds and operates CGD networks across cities and towns in India, lately started commercial operations in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The stock may react positively, though its shareholders will closely monitor the development.
