Avaada Electro Begins Commercial Operations of 3 GW Solar Cell Unit in Nagpur.

Avaada Electro recently announced the operationalisation of a 3 GW solar cell production line at its manufacturing facility in Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra, as part of its plans to expand its solar manufacturing capacity.

The production line forms part of the company's 6 GW high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing facility, which is being developed as a key step towards Avaada Electro's broader goal of achieving 12 GW of solar cell capacity.

In a statement, the company said it has advanced its 6 GW high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon solar cell manufacturing facility at its integrated solar manufacturing complex in Butibori.

The operationalisation of the new line marks a significant milestone in Avaada Electro's efforts to strengthen domestic solar manufacturing capabilities and scale up production of advanced solar cell technologies.
