Bajel Projects Ltd Secures Rs. 487.64 Crore Order from Tata Power

Bajel Projects Ltd has been issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the supply of Plant and Installation Services related to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of Transmission lines and GIS Substations by The Tata Power Company Limited. The order is on behalf of the project-specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) named M/s Jalpura - Khurja Power Transmission Limited.

The scope of work includes two Transmission Lines:

1. 400 kV Jalpura - THDC TPS Khurja DC line spanning 80.06 KM


2. LILO (Loop In Loop Out) of one circuit of 400 kV Greater Noida - Pali, Gr. Noida DC line at 400/220 kV GIS covering 0.8 KM

Additionally, the project involves the establishment of two new substations:

1. 400/220kV, 2 x 500 MVA GIS Substation at Metro depot Greater Noida


2. 400/220kV, 2 x 500 MVA GIS Substation Jalpura

The total order value stands at INR 487.64 Crores, inclusive of taxes. The project is slated for completion within 18 months from the effective date of the respective contract.
