Banks get bids from three companies for Lanco's Anpara power plant.

Hindustan Powerprojects (HPPPL), Megha Engineering and Infrastructures and iLabs Group have bid for Lanco Group's 1,200-megawatt (MW) thermal power plant in Anpara, Uttar Pradesh, put up for sale by the beleaguered group's lenders.

Lenders of Lanco Group at a joint lenders' meeting recently decided to send the bids for thorough scrutiny to Deloitte, the process advisor under the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP), two people familiar with the developments told ET.
