Bharti Land, Eros Group tie up for 'smart township'.

Bharti Land, the new development arm of Bharti Realty,recently announced a tie-up with Eros Group to develop a 'smart' residential project in Surajkund, Haryana.

The project has been conceptualised as India's first vertical smart community with a combination of high quality construction and technology solutions, the company said in a statement. It is located close to a soon-to-be-operational metro rail corridor on NH-2.

This marks Bharti Land's foray into the residential real estate segment.

This residential project plans development of over approximately 5.2 million sq. ft. with over 2000 residential apartments in various ticket sizes. A school, healthcare facility, neighbourhood shopping area along with social amenities like clubs, sports facilities, etc. will also be part of the residential community.
