Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has secured contracts exceeding ₹11,000 crore from Adani Power Limited and its subsidiary, Mahan Energen Limited. These agreements involve the development of three supercritical thermal power projects, each with a capacity of 2x800 MW, to be located in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
Under the terms of the contracts, BHEL will be responsible for supplying critical equipment such as boilers, turbines, and generators. Additionally, BHEL will oversee the erection and commissioning of these projects, which are scheduled for completion within a timeframe of 49 to 55 months.
