Bhogapuram Airport 92% Complete; Test Flight Expected by January, Says Civil Aviation Minister Naidu.

About 92% of the construction work at Bhogapuram International Airport in Andhra Pradesh has been completed, Union Minister for Civil Aviation K. Rammohan Naidu said on Tuesday.

After inspecting the ongoing works at the airport, Naidu told reporters, “91.7% of the construction has been completed, and the test flight will take place in December or January 2026.

He added that both the Chief Minister and the Centre are keen on completing the airport, with connectivity, navigation, and other aviation-related works already underway.
