"Bigbloc Building Elements Pvt Ltd Announces Expansion of Capacity"

BIGBLOC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bigbloc Building Elements Private Limited, is set to undergo a significant expansion at its manufacturing plant for AAC Blocks. Located in Kanchad, Wada Taluka, Palghar District, Maharashtra, the plant is gearing up to double its production capacity from 2,50,000 cubic meters (CBM) to 5,00,000 CBM.

The ambitious expansion project, expected to be completed within a span of six months, will be funded through a combination of internal accruals and debt. The investment required for this capacity enhancement amounts to approximately Rs. 30 crores.

This strategic move by Bigbloc Building Elements Private Limited reflects the company's commitment to meeting the growing demand for AAC Blocks and strengthening its position in the construction materials market. The expanded capacity is anticipated to contribute significantly to the company's production capabilities, catering to both existing and emerging market needs.
