Brigade Enterprises Signs ₹400 Crore Joint Development Agreement with Agni Estates

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has sealed a significant joint development agreement with Agni Estates & Foundations Pvt Ltd to undertake the development of Brigade Tech Boulevard, a Grade A office space located in Chennai.
According to the company's announcement, the project entails an investment of approximately ₹400 crore and will encompass two towers, offering a total leasable area of 8.36 lakh square feet. This venture marks Brigade Group's commercial foray following the successful completion of the 'World Trade Center' on OMR.
Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, highlighted Chennai's diverse office market, catering not only to the IT and ITeS sectors but also various other industry verticals including engineering, automotive, and banking. She emphasized the growing demand for sustainable office spaces with seamless digital connectivity and Grade A office certification. Shankar affirmed that Brigade Tech Boulevard will exemplify world-class quality with a significant emphasis on sustainability, aligning with the company's ethos observed in all commercial developments across cities.
Given the track record of pre-leasing commitments for projects such as Radial Road in the past, Shankar expressed confidence in further increasing leasing momentum with the development of Brigade Tech Boulevard.
