Brigade Enterprises to Invest ₹620 Crore in High-Rise Residential Project in Perambur, Chennai.
Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises is set to develop a high-rise residential complex in Perambur, Chennai, with an investment of ₹620 crore. The company acquired the property from PVP Ventures, according to sources. The project will feature five towers comprising 1,368 residential units, with a total built-up area of 3.38 lakh sq m on a land parcel of 59,531 sq m.
In addition to the Perambur development, Brigade is working on another residential project in Velachery, with an investment of nearly ₹600 crore. This project will involve the redevelopment of the Raptakos, Brett & Company site, which has been closed for years. The location is strategically positioned between Phoenix Mall and Westside, making it a prime spot for development, sources added.
Perambur has become a hotspot for residential developments, attracting major players like Baashyam, Casa Grande, and SPR. Brigade Enterprises has a strong presence in Chennai, with 125 acres and 17 million sq ft of developable area. The company is involved in six major projects across the city, including Brigade Vantage (retail), WTC Chennai (office), Brigade Residences at WTC (residential), Holiday Inn (hospitality), Brigade Xanadu (residential), and its recently launched mixed-use project, Icon.
