Brigade Group Inks JDA for 8.63 Acres, Unlocks 39-Acre Development in East Bengaluru.

Brigade Group has announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 8.63-acre land parcel in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, marking a key step forward in the development of its large-scale residential project in the Whitefield–Sarjapur corridor.

The agreement enables the progression of a 39-acre integrated township planned for the region, which is expected to be developed primarily as a residential community. The project carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹7,200 crore.

According to the company, the overall land parcel for the township is being assembled through a mix of outright acquisitions and joint development agreements. The latest JDA for 8.63 acres represents an important milestone that unlocks the next phase of execution for the master-planned development.With this development, Brigade Group continues to strengthen its footprint in East Bengaluru, one of the city’s fastest-growing real estate corridors, driven by strong demand for large, integrated residential projects.
