Brigade to Develop 1 Million Sq Ft Office and 5-Star Hotel on New 7-Acre OMR Lease.

Brigade Enterprises has secured a long-term lease for a 7-acre plot on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), one of Chennai's key commercial areas.

The company plans to develop the site into a major mixed-use property, including a Grade A office space spanning more than 1 million square feet and a 225-key, 5-star deluxe hotel.

Strategic Expansion in a Growing Corridor

Pradyumna Krishna Kumar, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises, stated that Chennai is a crucial part of the company's growth strategy. He highlighted the "Tharamani-OMR belt" as an ideal location due to its strong infrastructure and significant presence of technology companies, educational institutions, retail spaces, and hospitals.
