Brigade Unveils Premium Residential Project in Chennai.
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Enterprises Ltd has launched Brigade Altius, a premium residential project in Chennai with a revenue potential of ₹1,700 crore. The project is located in Sholinganallur, a key hub in the city’s IT corridor, and spans 6.5 acres with a total development area of 1.4 million square feet. It features three towers, each rising 43 floors.
This launch follows Brigade’s signing of a Joint Development Agreement in November 2024 to develop a separate 1 million sq ft residential project in Chennai, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹800 crore.
In addition to its Chennai expansion, Brigade recently signed a definitive agreement for a land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road in Bengaluru. The planned residential development there is expected to have a GDV of nearly ₹2,700 crore. The company’s residential pipeline includes 12.61 million sq ft of new projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Founded in 1986, Brigade Enterprises Ltd has a presence across major cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, and GIFT City in Gujarat, with projects spanning residential, office, retail, and hospitality sectors.
The company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹236 crore for the quarter ended December 31, marking a 322% increase from the same period last year. The surge in earnings was attributed to the completion of two residential towers each in Hyderabad and North Bengaluru.
