CapitaLand to Invest ₹450 Crore in Upcoming IT Park in Hyderabad.

Singapore-based CapitaLand Group, a leading global real estate investment and development firm, has announced a ₹450 crore investment to develop a state-of-the-art, 1-million-square-foot IT park in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The announcement was made following a high-level meeting in Singapore attended by Telangana's Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, his team, and senior executives from CapitaLand.

The new IT park will cater to the rising demand for premium facilities from Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and blue-chip companies. CapitaLand is already established in Hyderabad with three major business parks: International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), aVance Hyderabad, and CyberPearl.

Additionally, CapitaLand is on track to launch a 25 MW IT load data centre in Hyderabad by mid-2025, and the second phase of redevelopment at ITPH is expected to begin this year, with completion anticipated by 2028.
