Ceigall India Limited, through its joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited (74:26 shareholding), emerged as the L1 bidder for four EPC road contracts from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on March 11, 2026.
The projects form part of the NH-913 corridor in Arunachal Pradesh, with a combined contract value of Rs 2,149.62 crore including a previously announced Huri-Taliha (km 0-55.725) section worth Rs 521 crore. Each project includes both construction and a five-year maintenance period.
Project Details:
Sarli-Huri (km 0-78.38, NH-913): Rs 611.10 crore, 36-month construction + 5-year maintenance
Huri-Taliha (km 55.725-113.25, NH-913): Rs 525 crore, 48-month construction + 5-year maintenance
Huri-Taliha (km 160.75-209.90, NH-913): Rs 492.52 crore, 36-month construction + 5-year maintenance
These contracts, part of the domestic Frontier Highway development in Arunachal Pradesh, carry no related-party interests and strengthen Ceigall India JV’s presence in strategic infrastructure projects in the region.
