Centre Gives Nod to Five Infrastructure Projects Worth Rs. 716 Crore in Tripura

On Saturday, Chief Minister Manik Saha announced that the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) has given its approval for five infrastructure projects in Tripura, with a combined value of Rs. 716 crore.

Among these projects, Rs. 121 crore has been allocated for the establishment of a drug de-addiction centre in Bishramganj, Sepahijala district. Additionally, Rs. 192 crore has been earmarked for the construction of a 200-bed women and child care unit at Agartala Government Medical College, and Rs. 202 crore has been allotted for the development of Agartala Government Dental College.
