"Clean Tamil Nadu Company invites collaborations for the rollout of comprehensive solid waste management solutions."

Clean Tamil Nadu Company Limited (CTCL), a State government enterprise and the executive arm of the Thooimai Mission, has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) to select implementation partners for Integrated Solid Waste Management (SWM) pilot projects across various local bodies in Tamil Nadu.

According to the company, the EOI is open to experienced firms, agencies, CSR entities, brands and organisations with proven expertise in areas such as SWM planning, infrastructure development, operations and maintenance, resource recovery, financial planning, public-private partnership (PPP) enablement and digital governance.

Interested entities are required to submit their applications to the Managing Director, Clean Tamil Nadu Company Limited, Chennai.

CTCL said the empanelment of eligible partners will be updated periodically, with the validity of the empanelment extending until December 30, 2028.
