Country Club to develop luxury housing project in Bangalore.

Country Club India Limited has announced the launch of Osadia Garden City, a luxurious housing project in Bangalore.

The Hyderabad-based company, which is into entertainment and leisure infrastructure, expects to invest about Rs. 250 crore on the housing project to be completed by 2017. The company plans to offer luxury apartments to promote quality living.

Y.Rajeev Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of Country Club, in a statement said, 'With pick up in the economy, investments in properties in Bangalore will be attractive.'
