Cour Jardin Hotel Apartments opened by Damac Maison.

DAMAC Properties has launched its third luxury serviced hotel apartments, DAMAC Maison Cour Jardin in the Burj Area near The Dubai Mall.

The service apartment has 19 floors consisting over 350 apartment units and offers a range of deluxe rooms, with one, two and three bedroom suites.

The highlight of the project is the terrace on the first floor with a total area of about 4,300 square feet. Other facilities like a retail center, a fitness center, and restaurants are also available.

DAMAC Properties plans on expanding its hospitality portfolio within three years to reach around 10,000 units of hotel rooms, serviced hotel apartments and serviced villas.

Currently, the company has a number of projects in the pipeline which will be opened in the coming few months around the Burj Area and other areas of Dubai.
