Cyient DLM Wins 16-Year Aerospace Contract with Honeywell.

Cyient DLM Limited, a provider of integrated electronics manufacturing solutions, has secured a 16-year contract with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies to develop liquid cooling loops for Honeywell’s new micro vapor cycle system (Micro VCS) technology in aircraft cooling. Announced on November 6, 2024, the program marks a significant collaboration between the two companies in advancing aviation technology.

The Micro VCS technology, which aims to improve aircraft cabin temperature control, boasts up to 35% weight reduction and 20% greater efficiency compared to current systems with similar cooling capacities, presenting it as a milestone in sustainable aviation.

“We are honored to be selected by Honeywell Aerospace Technologies to work with them on this innovative project,” said Cyient DLM CEO Anthony Montalbano, highlighting the collaboration as a convergence of both companies’ expertise in aviation technology.
