Debock Industries Launches New Resort in Rajasthan.

Debock Industries has announced the opening of bookings for its new luxury destination wedding resort in Chakshu, Rajasthan. Spread across 50 acres, the resort features 125 designer villas, a 200-room hotel, a tranquil manmade lake, and a dedicated racecourse, setting a new benchmark for opulence and grandeur in the region.

Designed to cater to high-end celebrations, the resort offers three landscaped marriage gardens and two expansive banquet halls, making it an ideal venue for both intimate gatherings and grand weddings. The company anticipates a 20% profit margin from bookings and associated services, projecting long-term value creation for stakeholders.

The resort’s launch represents a strategic move to bolster Rajasthan’s tourism industry by blending the state’s rich traditions with modern luxury and exceptional service, Debock Industries said.

Established in 2008, Debock Industries Ltd specializes in manufacturing agriculture equipment such as tractor trolleys and threshers, with facilities based in Rajasthan. The company entered the hospitality sector in 2015, developing two mid-scale hotels in Deoli and Kota, Jaipur, which are leased out for periods of 5 to 10 years.

In November, Debock Industries withdrew its merger application with Debock Ventures following a directive from SEBI.
