DEC Infra Secures Prestigious North Block Conservation Deal.

Hyderabad-based DEC Infrastructure and Projects (India) Private Limited has secured a significant contract worth ₹317 crore for the comprehensive conservation, retrofitting, and construction of a new service building at North Block in New Delhi.

The company received the Letter of Acceptance for the tender from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD). DEC Infrastructure is tasked with completing the work within 24 months.

The North Block is a vital government building, housing key ministries, including the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

In addition to the North Block project, DEC Infrastructure has also been awarded another contract for internal finishing, furniture, furnishing, and electrical and mechanical works for office spaces within the general pool office accommodation (GPOA) at Netaji Nagar, part of the larger Central Vista redevelopment in New Delhi.
