Deep Industries Ltd Enters Collaboration With Advait Greenergy Pvt Ltd.

Deep Industries Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Advait Greenergy Private Limited as part of its strategic growth initiatives, the company announced on Friday. The partnership is aimed at jointly bidding for and executing green hydrogen projects issued by government bodies, public sector undertakings (PSUs), private companies, and other organizations in India and abroad.

Under the MoU, Deep Industries Limited and Advait Greenergy Private Limited will collaborate on preparing and submitting joint bid proposals, technical documents, and financial responses for tenders floated by entities such as NTPC, SECI, IOC, HPCL, BPCL, GAIL, other PSUs, and state utilities. The agreement also covers the execution of projects upon award, following the respective scopes defined in the MoU.

The partnership reinforces both companies’ commitment to advancing India’s green hydrogen ecosystem while leveraging combined technical and financial expertise for high-value renewable energy projects.
