Deepak Builders & Engineers India Ltd Emerges as L1 Bidder for Major Project.

Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has emerged as the L1 bidder for a major residential construction project near the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex Township in Haryana.

The project involves building 12 high-rise residential towers (G+13) using monolithic construction technology. The scope also includes parking facilities, a sewerage treatment plant, utility infrastructure, roadworks, and other amenities as part of Package-I.

The total project value is estimated at ₹474.25 crore, as listed on the IOCL eProcurement Portal. Upon award of this contract, Deepak Builders & Engineers’ total projects in hand will rise to approximately ₹2,000 crore, strengthening its construction portfolio.
