Delta Electronics Partners with ThunderPlus for Advanced EV Charging Solutions.

Delta Electronics India, a subsidiary of Taiwan-based Delta Electronics, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ThunderPlus, a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for two- and three-wheelers. The partnership aims to deliver advanced, high-efficiency 4kW rectifier modules, which will be manufactured at Delta’s Krishnagiri facility in Tamil Nadu.

Rajeev YSR, CEO of ThunderPlus, emphasized the collaboration’s significance, stating, “The tie-up with Delta Electronics brings world-class technology to India’s low-voltage EV charging market. Our customizable chargers cater to the unique needs of OEMs and end-users, ensuring efficient and seamless integration into their operations.”

The chargers, developed using Delta’s cutting-edge 4kW rectifier modules, are designed to meet the diverse demands of India’s rapidly growing EV market. The partnership is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the adoption of EVs across the country by offering tailored, high-performance charging solutions.
