Dhani Services Ltd Subsidiary Signs MoU for Real Estate Project.

Dhani Services Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with landowners for a 5.37-acre parcel in Sector 104, Gurgaon, to develop real estate projects, subject to registration with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and other necessary approvals.

This acquisition will expand Dhani’s ongoing 100% owned project, Indiabulls Estate & Club, in Sector 104 from 24 acres to 29.37 acres. With this expansion, the total development area will increase to 70.8 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated revenue potential of approximately ₹12,065 crore, based on current market prices.
