Dharan Infra EPC Wins Major Contracts Worth Over ₹1,171 Crore.

Dharan Infra EPC Limited (formerly KBC Global Limited) has been awarded new work contracts with a total value of approximately ₹1,171.21 crore. The orders were received from Skymax Infra Power Limited and will be executed either directly by Dharan Infra or through its designated subsidiaries.

A significant portion of the work, about 80% of the total value, involves the international procurement of plant and machinery. This part of the contract will be handled through the company's subsidiary entities.

While the subsidiaries are tasked with the execution, all revenues and liabilities from the contracts will be consolidated into the financial statements of Dharan Infra EPC Limited. This accounting practice aligns with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and other applicable accounting norms.
