DLF Aims for Mumbai Project Launch by Next Quarter.
Real estate giant DLF is set to officially launch its highly anticipated Mumbai housing project in the next quarter, following the recent receipt of RERA approval. This news comes as the company celebrates a complete sell-out of all 1,164 units in its luxury residential project, Privana North, generating a staggering ₹11,000 crore in revenue.
Aakash Ohri, DLF Homes Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, confirmed the developments to Business Standard. He highlighted the significant international interest in Privana North, noting that approximately 25% of the purchases were made by Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and overseas buyers from countries including Canada, Australia, and Jakarta.
Privana North, located in Gurugram's Sectors 76 and 77, spans 17.7 acres and features six residential towers reaching up to 50 storeys. These towers are notable for being DLF's tallest buildings to date. The project's offerings included 1,152 four-bedroom-hall-kitchen (4BHK) units and twelve exclusive penthouses.
The successful sell-out of Privana North underscores the robust demand for luxury housing, while the impending Mumbai launch signals DLF's continued expansion into key metropolitan markets.
