Real estate giant DLF Ltd is set to invest approximately ₹5,500 crore in the development of a new luxury housing project in Gurugram, aiming to capitalize on high market demand and achieve record sales bookings this fiscal year.

Sources close to the development indicate that the company will imminently launch "DLF Privana North," an expansive 18-acre project located in Sector 76/77 of Gurugram. The development is slated to feature over 1,150 premium apartments.

The estimated development cost for this ambitious project is pegged at around ₹5,500 crore. "DLF Privana North" is an integral part of the company's larger 116-acre integrated township, 'DLF Privana', signaling a continued focus on large-scale, high-value residential offerings in the National Capital Region. This significant investment underscores DLF's confidence in the sustained demand for luxury housing in Gurugram.
