DLF Re-enters Mumbai Market with ₹900 Crore Luxury Housing Project, Targets ₹2,300 Crore Revenue.

India's largest real estate firm, DLF Ltd, has officially re-entered the Mumbai property market, announcing a significant investment of approximately ₹900 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Andheri (West). This move marks a strategic return for the company, as confirmed by a senior company official.

DLF had initially signaled its re-entry into Mumbai in July 2023, with plans for a luxury housing project in partnership with NCR-based builder Trident group.

"We have launched a luxury housing project 'Westpark' in Mumbai comprising 416 apartments," Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director of DLF Home Developers, informed PTI. The project is expected to generate a revenue of ₹2,300 crore, highlighting DLF's ambitious outlook for the Mumbai real estate landscape.
