DVC to develop 2 industrial parks in Jharkhand and West Bengal

Damodar Valley Corporation is planning to develop a 250 acre industrial park at Panagarh in Burdwan district, would be developed to attract top agri industries.

The corportion also plans a 1,000 acre Panchet park, it would target the manufacturing sector. Both the locations are 200-250 km from Kolkata and 50-80 km from the industrial city of Durgapur.
