Embassy Developments Announces Complete Sell-Out of 'Paradiso' Luxury Plotted Project.

Embassy Developments has announced the complete sell-out of its luxury plotted development, 'Paradiso,' located within the Embassy Springs township in North Bengaluru. The project, which was sold out almost immediately, generated approximately ₹204 crore in pre-sales.

The 6.4-acre project featured large plots ranging from 4,300 to 4,800 square feet, with prices starting at around ₹4.3 crore. According to the company, the development attracted significant interest from high-net-worth individuals and new-age buyers looking for premium plots in a low-density, well-established community.

Located just 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, Embassy Springs is one of North Bengaluru's largest integrated townships. It boasts more than 100 amenities, 45 acres of green space, an 18-kilometer internal road network, and built infrastructure, including a school and a senior living facility.

Shailendra Subbaraya, Chief Operating Officer for South at Embassy Developments, noted that the quick sales of Paradiso highlight a growing trend in the residential market. He stated, "The swift sell-out of Paradiso reflects two strong shifts we're seeing in the residential market: a growing preference among new-age buyers for plotted living within integrated communities and sustained interest in North Bengaluru as a future-ready residential hub." He added that homebuyers are increasingly seeking space, flexibility, community infrastructure, and long-term appreciation, which plotted developments like Paradiso provide. With the success of Embassy Springs, the company is now prepared to fast-track its next phase of launches.
