"Embassy Group is strengthening its Mumbai footprint with the launch of three new development projects."

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Embassy Developments is expanding its presence in Mumbai with the launch of three new projects, and plans to roll out another three by the end of the year, providing revenue visibility of about ₹18,000 crore, the company said.

The developer is investing around ₹4,500 crore in projects scheduled for launch in the current quarter at Worli, Juhu and Alibaug. These developments will have a combined saleable area of 1.58 million square feet and a gross development value (GDV) of more than ₹12,000 crore.

The Juhu and Worli projects are aimed at the luxury housing segment, with ticket sizes ranging from ₹15 crore to ₹60 crore, and will offer a range of premium amenities, the company said.
