EMS Limited Awarded ₹782 Crore Letter of Acceptance.

EMS Limited has announced it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from The Kolkata Municipal Corporation for a significant pollution abatement project. The contract, valued at approximately ₹781.98 crores (Rupees Seventy-Eight Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Seven Lakhs and Ninety-One Thousand Only), includes operation and maintenance work, GST, and other charges.

The project focuses on the rejuvenation of River Adi Ganga in Kolkata, West Bengal, a crucial initiative for environmental restoration in the region.

Under the terms of the agreement, EMS Limited will hold a 74% share in the joint venture undertaking the work, with the remaining share held by another JV partner. This substantial order marks a significant win for EMS Limited, reinforcing its position in large-scale environmental infrastructure projects.
