Era Infra Engineering bags Rs. 128-cr contract from Mumbai Railway Corporation.
EIEL has secured contracts worth Rs. 128 crore in Maharashtra from Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVCL) for escalators and other provisions at some stations in Mumbai.
'EIEL, an integrated infrastructure company with pan-India presence has been awarded a contract valuing Rs. 127.87 crore by MRVCL,' the company said in a filing with the BSE.
The contracts have been awarded for 'procurement of trespassing control measures, including provisions of escalators' at Mumbai stations, it added.
The company said the contracts including Rs. 30 crore award for such measures at Thakurli and Kalyan stations, Rs. 60 crore for Kurla and Dadar stations and Rs. 37 crore for Bhayander, Vasai Road and Nallasopara stations.
